Dr. Perry Kinkaide has spent his career at the intersection of technology, institutions, and human judgment. Trained as a neuroscientist, he went on to serve twelve years in Alberta's public service and twelve more as a management consultant with KPMG, before founding the Alberta Council of Technologies Society (ABCtech) in 2005 and its successor, the KEI Network — forums that brought government, industry, and academia to the same table for the conversations institutions prefer to avoid.
